Our international Pickup & Return Warranty includes the following services:

• Call: Monday to Friday 8.00h to 17.00h
• Our Service Provider will send you a replacement part
• The defective part is switched by you and will be shipped back to our service partner
• Price covers ALL costs, including shipping expenses and materials (except batteries) 
• Duration: 12, 24 or 36 month Pickup & Return warranty

NEXT BUSINESS DAY (Onsite Service 5x9)

Our Next Business Day Warranty is valid within Europe and includes the following services:

• Call: Monday to Friday 8.00h to 17.00h
• Our Service Provider will immediately analyse and diagnose your system remotely
• Onsite Services available within one business day
• Technician replace the defective part
• Price covers ALL costs, including shipping expenses, labour and materials (except batteries)
• Duration: 12, 24 or 36 month 5x9 Next Business Day warranty

The Next Business Day Service Packages provides a professional onsite support within a single business day, 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.

If you need this service outside europe please ask for a quote. The mentioned price is only valid within Europe .
